Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" means the susu4d website accessible at https://susu4d.cam, including all associated pages, features, games, and services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, match bonuses, cashback awards, or loyalty rewards credited to a Player's Account by susu4d.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process through which susu4d validates a Player's identity, age, and funding source prior to approving withdrawals.
• "Services" means all gambling, gaming, sports-betting, and ancillary services provided by susu4d.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful under applicable local legislation.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on susu4d, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. susu4d strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be accessing the Platform for personal recreational use only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the Platform by susu4d or any associated entity.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion or voluntary suspension that you have previously requested.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, director, or immediate family member of any person in those categories employed by susu4d or its affiliated entities.
• You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

Account Registration

3.1 Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on susu4d at any given time. Creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 When completing registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to update your account details promptly if any information changes. susu4d accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any other person. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized the activity.

3.4 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify susu4d support immediately at [email protected]. susu4d will investigate all reported unauthorized access incidents and may temporarily suspend the Account during the investigation period to protect your funds.

3.5 susu4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

Deposits

4.1 All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). susu4d supports the following local deposit methods:

4.2 Deposits must be made from a payment account or bank account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account. Any associated winnings will be voided.

4.3 susu4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges. Players are responsible for verifying applicable fees with their payment provider before initiating a deposit.

4.4 susu4d reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on any Account at any time, including for responsible gaming purposes or fraud prevention. Players may also request personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming settings in their Account.

Withdrawals

5.1 Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 3.

5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though susu4d reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments at its discretion.

5.3 Withdrawals will be credited to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to availability. Where this is not possible, susu4d will request an alternative verified account in the Player's name.

5.4 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically completed within 5–30 minutes during banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside banking hours will be processed the following business day. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically instant.

5.5 susu4d reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or ongoing fraud investigations. Players will be notified of any delay and the reason for it within 24 hours of the withdrawal request.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 susu4d may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback programs, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms page and expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "10x wagering" means you must place bets totaling ten times the bonus value before withdrawal is permitted).

6.3 Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts or methods will be treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.4 susu4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are subject to availability and may be geographically restricted. Players who have already opted into a promotion will not be adversely affected by changes made after their opt-in.

6.5 Bonus Funds will expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account without compensation.

Gameplay Rules

7.1 All games available on susu4d — including but not limited to togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sports betting (including mix parlay accumulator-style bets and bandar bola football betting formats), live casino (roulette, baccarat, blackjack), and slot titles — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface.

7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game round, susu4d's system logs will serve as the authoritative record of the game state at the time of the fault. susu4d will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly, which may include voiding the affected game round and returning the staked amount to the Player's Balance.

7.3 susu4d uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all virtual games. These systems are independently audited to ensure randomness and fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published within each game's information panel.

7.4 For sports betting markets, susu4d follows international industry standards for the settlement of bets. In the event of a match cancellation, postponement beyond 12 hours, or walkover, affected single bets will be voided and the stake returned. Accumulator bets will be settled at reduced odds excluding the voided selection.

7.5 susu4d reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error, system malfunction, or human error. Players will be notified of any such void and the stake returned promptly.

Responsible Gaming

8.1 susu4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits in IDR. Limits take effect immediately when lowered; increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount of net losses permitted within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automated notifications or enforced session endings after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and your net win/loss position during that session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of your choosing, ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen period and are actioned within 24 hours.
• Account Suspension (Time-Out): Take a temporary break from the Platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without committing to full self-exclusion.

8.3 susu4d will not market to Players who have self-excluded or are under an active time-out restriction. Any Player who attempts to re-register during a self-exclusion period will have the new Account closed immediately.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities to obtain funds or game credits.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, dealers, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using another person's payment account, bank card, or e-wallet to fund your Account.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonuses.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with susu4d support.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any susu4d staff member, whether in writing, verbally, or through any electronic channel.

Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the susu4d Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game graphics, user interface designs, text, imagery, and audio — is the intellectual property of susu4d or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

10.3 Third-party game content — including titles developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — is licensed to susu4d and remains the intellectual property of the respective developers. Any unauthorized use of such content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 susu4d provides the Platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, susu4d's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 susu4d accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if susu4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Players assume full responsibility for their gambling decisions. The outcome of games is determined by chance; susu4d makes no representation that any particular strategy, system, or approach will result in profit.

Privacy & Data

12.1 susu4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

12.2 By registering on susu4d, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where separately consented).

12.3 susu4d employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data in transit. Personal data is stored on secured servers and is accessible only to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

12.4 susu4d will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions where required by applicable law or court order.

Amendments

13.1 susu4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — susu4d will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notification within the Platform or by email to the registered address on file.

13.2 Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to payment method lists) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

13.3 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any eligible balance.

Governing Law

14.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. susu4d operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and adheres to the standards set by its licensing authority.

14.2 susu4d's primary target audience is adult players located in Indonesia (residents of Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bali, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and other Indonesian cities and regions). Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform complies with the laws applicable to their specific location.

14.3 In the event of any dispute between susu4d and a Player that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally accepted arbitration rules. Players retain all statutory rights available to them under applicable consumer protection legislation.
